Verified and Collected Poetical Works of Poets of Al-Hilla: An Analytical List of Bibliographies

Abstract

Poets of Al-Hilla have organized their poetry in special poetical works. A number of researchers and verifiers(investigators) have verified these works by turning to their manuscripts or rofessionally collecting them from the different likely places, especially the ancient, to bring them to light in a special book or a periodical bulletin. Hence, a great deal of poetical works of the various ages have appeared. Some Arab researchers and investigators(verifiers) have contributed in verifying some of these works.
The present paper falls into two parts: Part One contains a bibliography of the titles of these poetical works verified epending on documented sources, or those which are only collected. They are alphabetically organized with numbers of their editions, those who have verified them and their places of publication. We have added some of those which are in print.
Part Two contains a bibliography followed by a descriptive nalytical
study of these works so as to indicate their value and the efforts of their investigators(verifiers).
