Aim & Scope

1- (Al-Muhaqqiq) Journal is a peer-reviewed Journal , published three times annually by the Allama Al-Hilli Center of the Holy Shrine of Hussein. It receives research and studies from inside and outside Iraq that fall within the following topics:

• The Qur’an and its sciences (interpretation and commentators, Qur’anic sciences, and Qur’anic readings).
• Jurisprudence and its principles (comparative jurisprudence, inferential jurisprudence, and principles of jurisprudence).
• Hadith and Ilm al-Rijal (Ilm al-Rijal, Hadith of the Infallible).
• Mental sciences (logic, theology, philosophy).
• Arabic language sciences (phonological and morphological study, syntactic study, semantic study, literary and rhetorical studies).
• Historical studies (biographies, events and facts).
• Ethics and knowledge (ethics, mysticism, mysticism).
• General knowledge (pure knowledge, human knowledge).
• Verification of texts (verified texts, collected texts).
• Bibliography and indexes.

(2) The research submitted for publication must adhere to the internationally recognized scientific publishing methodology and steps.
(3) The research must not have been previously published, accepted for publication, or submitted to another journal, and the researcher must sign a special pledge to that effect.
(4) The journal shall not publish translated research except after submitting proof of the approval of the original author and publishing entity to translate and publish the research.
(5) The researcher bears full responsibility for the contents of his research sent for publication. Research expresses the opinions of its authors and does not necessarily express the opinion of the journal.
(6) The arrangement of research is subject to technical considerations related to the identity of the magazine and its topics.
(7) The journal shall notify the researcher of the receipt of his research within a period not exceeding ten days from the date of submission.
(8) The journal shall inform the researcher whether or not to approve the publication of his research within a period not exceeding two months starting from the date of receipt of the research.
(9) Research that is not accepted for publication shall not be returned to its owners.
(10) The researcher is obligated to make the necessary amendments to his research according to the reports of the editorial board or reviewers, and to return it to the journal within a week from the date of receiving the amendments.
(11) All research submitted for publication is subject to the process of scientific evaluation by specialists and electronic plagiarism examination.
(12) The copyright, printing, and paper and electronic distribution of the research are transferred to the journal according to a form of pledge signed by the author, and no other party has the right to republish or translate the research except with the written approval of the researcher and the editor-in-chief of the journal.
(13) The researcher may not withdraw his research after the decision to accept publication is issued, but he may do so before the issuance of that decision, and exclusively with the approval of the Editor-in-Chief.
(14) The researcher must disclose the financial support or any other types of support provided to him while writing the research.
(15) The researcher must inform the editor-in-chief when he discovers a major error in the research or inaccuracy in the information, and he must contribute to correcting the error.
