In this research, not famous of the fatwas were measured after extracting their sources and documents with the famous fatwas.but in the matter of the disappearance of the evidence and in some of the branches confirmed by the correct news, the latecomers relying on the sources chosen in the authenticity of the individual news, then the entire applicants although they do not say authenticity of the news of ones _ excluded their enhanced news with the evidence - exclude their fortified news with clues, so they fulfilled it, which indicates the existence of a presumption in their emergence .
We have mentioned in this research some branches, among them the procedure to limit confession to the vague, the single qunoot in the Friday prayer, which is based on the correct news, in light of the descriptive-analytical approach.
