Abstract

The special judgment is related to the Holy Qur’an in terms of jurisprudential rulings that preserve the high rank of the precedents of worship in its recitation and in transactions of sale، authorization، and mortgaging; The fact that these rulings deal with the greatest of the divine investigations that speak of the juristic aspect، and the most important of which is related to the same Qur’an from rulings، as it is characterized by jurisprudential rulings that are related to its own sacred، and thus the verses of rulings come out of the circle of this research which searches here the provisions mentioned by the jurists from The same Qur’an and the rulings of the Noble Qur’an.
