Abstract

Al Allama al-Hilli has emerged in his encyclopedia of knowledge in the field of Islamic law, as appears from his three works (Muktalif al Shiites, Tadhkirat al-Fuqaha’, and Muntaha al-Muttalib), which revealed a depth of jurisprudential reasoning and an explanatory power in explaining jurisprudential opinions from various Qur’anic verses, and in various
explanatory assets. Linguistically, fundamentalist, and fictional.
The Qur’anic context had its impact on clarifying the rulings, raising
the generality of the verbal participation restricting the legal ruling,
and the overlapping of the fundamental topics in linguistics had its effect
in revealing the significance of the prohibition on corruption.
In his jurisprudential reasoning, Al -Allamah added a historical
aspect by inferring the verses of the Qur’anic stories, and directing
them to a jurisprudential direction in order to derive a legal ruling from
themThe number of them is (500) verses. Because it is not stipulated in order
to obligate the jurist. Because it was not stipulated in order to obligate
the jurist, and therefore Al- Allamah had its own method of inferring the
Qur’anic story, and its purpose was to establish a Qur’anic rule on how to
infer it to prove legal rulings.
