Abstract

This research encompasses three new jurisprudential issues by the esteemed al-Allama al-Hilli with the following titles:
1.The First Issue: Ten Jurisprudential Questions Answered by al-Allama al-Hilli.
2.The Second Issue: Some Fatwas Narrated from al-Allama al-Hilli.
3.The Third Issue: Correspondence between al-Allama al-Hilli and the Judge Al-Baidawi on a Jurisprudential and Legal Matter.
