Abstract

Al-Hilla School has a great impact in science according to its scholars' writings in various sciences, especially in religious sciences. One of its most prominent scholars is Al-Alama al-Hilli, who classified tens of books in different disciplines and addressed various issues of fundamentalism, jurisprudence, belief, and so forth. One of the essential works in originalism is the book (Nihayat Alwusul 'iilaa Eilm Al'usul), which was characterized by a comparative and evidentiary examination of fundamentalist issues in which opinions were presented, discussed, and more likely to be valid than they were to be based on conventional and mental evidence.
