Significations Transferred from Hand-wring of Sheikh Zain al-Din Bin Ali Bin Ahmed al-Amili The Second Martyr ( 965 AH)

Abstract

Our scholars have made a great effort to preserve the history of the Shiites، including the histories of their scholars and sheikhs and their deaths. They have written books، letters and small parts in this field، many of which have been printed، but some of which remain in the hideouts of the libraries and no one has seen them، including the present letter، which is a pamphlet reproduced by the grandson of the second martyr، Sheikh Ali al-Saghir on his martyred grandfather's handwriting، which mentioned information that is linked to the city of al-Hilah، its scientific school and the history of the deaths of its scientists، most of which is new information that it has not seen before.
