Exception Rule from Negating Affirmation and Affirming Negation A Comparative Study

This research aims to know the exception between negation and affirmation according to al-Alama al-Hilli and the fundamentalists from the Imamiyyah and al-Jumhor، and the reason for the disagreement on this issue and the presentation of the opinions of the fundamentalists concerning it. This research is also exposed to the significance of the legislative exception when the exception falls in the context of negation or affirmation، from a fundamentalist point of view، accompanied by the grammarians looked in general، and as the dispute with the fundamentalists is also with the grammarian. The approach that has been used is the descriptive one in this research، as the opinions of the fundamentalists were presented in this issue with the weighting of some of them through the evidence.
The research has reached valuable results، including the al-Alama al-Hilli and the Imami fundamentalists and those who agreed with them see the exception from the negation as affirmation and the affirmation as the negation، and that the exception signifies the opposing ruling، and the research recommends dealing with this topic by comparing the opinions of the fundamentalists and grammarians.
