Abstract

Sheikh Abu al-Hasan Ali bin Yahya al-Khayyat al-Hilli (died after 609 AH), one of the eminent Shiite scholars and the eminent certified sheikhs. Despite its occurrence in a series of grounds that ended with the narrations of a group of hadith scholars and jurists, nothing was translated for him in the books of translations and Rejalat in a manner befitting his position, and many evidences indicate the reliance of the Sada and sheikhs on him, such as Sayyid Ibn Tawus & Sheikh Ibn Nama Al-Hilli . Reading flattery words and praising on indicates how they trust him.
In this research, we have attempted to comprehend all things related to this Sheikh, and to clarify his role in preserving the great Islamic heritage.
