The Efforts of Dr. Abbas Hani Al-Jarrakh in Investigating Al-Hilli Poets' Divans

Abstract

This research focuses on the efforts of Dr. Abbas Hani Al-Jarrakh in collecting and verifying of Al-Hilli poems on the first and second narrations. Some poets had divans that no longer exist, and none has used them. Others have written poetry, but no divan has saved them, but some courses conveyed some of their works. Therefore, some of the most distinguished investigators collected these poems and what was forgotten in one place by verifying and presenting them with scientific studies. Among them was the investigator, Dr. Abbas Al-Jarrakh, who had a great effort to work on reviving these collections. And he produced it with his extensive experience in accordance with a sound scientific approach.
