This study، which is in the hands of the noble reader، deals with a case
that was a source of disagreement and controversy in the books of the wellknown
scholar، Abi Mansoor al-Hasan ibn Yusuf ibn al-Mutahar al-Asadi،
known as al-Alama al-Hilly (648-726 AH)
The attempt to drive away what was attributed to him، may Allah have
mercy on him، through tracking the principles that he adopted in his books
in relation to the subject of justice by the statement of its truth، and methods
of proving it، and associated with the narrator in terms of accepting
his hadith or not. The research topics are three that collectively give a one
result and that is the al-Alama does not depend on the principle of justice
in the consideration of the narration of those whose status is not known.
